Reaching New Heights: Aspire and Inspire...The Leadership Convention provides an exciting forum to engage with some of the top corporate and community thought leaders in North America. Propel your professional potential with plenary sessions and workshops featuring talent management, emerging workplace trends, diversity and inclusion best practices. An awards segment will recognize Asian leaders at every level – life time contributors, community unsung heroes, and NAAAP leaders.
Opening the convention is NAAAP’s annual ERG Summit which is a catalyst and training resource to maximize the performance of Employee Resource Groups and Business Resource Groups (collectively referred to as ERGs). The 2017 ERG Summit will highlight the impact of ERGs for individual and organizational success while aligning ERGs with business objectives. Speakers will include Executive Champions and ERG Leaders from a broad range of industries.

ERG Summit (pre-convention) on Thursday, Aug. 17th – full-day event, anticipating 150 attendees, representing 30+ companies and organizations. The Summit will include an Executive Panel Session, Best Practices for ERG Leaders, and Breakout Discussion on Key Issues with ERGs.
