Negotiating happens regularly with employers, customers, suppliers, co-workers, business associates and family. When you negotiate, it should be comfortable, aligned with your values and serve to enhance interactions.  This workshop will help you gain a winning approach to create dialogue that is authentic, candid and compelling. Eliminate your hesitation with negotiating, instead learn to see opportunities to move a discussion forward with higher trust, clarity and integrity. Leave with increased confidence and practical persuasion skills which can be applied in any scenario and turn negotiations into building blocks- not stumbling blocks.

Julie Murphy
Managing Partner CLUES

Julie brings over 20 years of experience in marketing and customer relationship management roles in the telecommunications, entertainment, business to business publishing and retail industries:  Rogers Communications, Harlequin Books, Blockbuster and Canada’s Wonderland.  Her particular expertise was in customer profiling and optimizing customer value through behavioural analysis, database marketing and the development of innovative customer loyalty programs for tier one companies.

Uncovering and employing unique consumer insights, enabled Julie to create a very powerful, connected relationship with customers. In the process, she discovered her own secret sauce.  Extending this concept to “dig in” with her own teams and family, enhanced her relationships.  This was the impetus for Julie to develop CLUES, with her team of experts.  Julie maintains that discovering what one is really, really good at and putting that to work, with a little help (CLUES advice), can be life changing.

CLUES provides simple tactics and strategies to leverage individual and group strengths towards improving organizational and family effectiveness on a range of dimensions including improved relationships, learning and teamwork, communication, better allocation of people to the right tasks, reduced conflict and leadership development.
