InspirAsian is RSM Canada’s employee network group dedicated to supporting, celebrating, and advancing professionals of Pan-Asian heritage within the firm. Through cultural awareness, mentorship, community engagement, and leadership development, InspirAsian fosters an inclusive environment where diverse voices are empowered and recognized. The group plays a key role in driving meaningful dialogue and connections both within RSM and across the broader community.  InspirAsian hosts a wide variety of activities across the country. From dragon boat races and new year celebrations to recruiting events, InspirAsian members are raising awareness about their unique cultures.

Waterfront Night Market (WNMFest) is one of Canada’s most anticipated outdoor summer festivals, blending the best of pan-Asian street food, immersive cultural experiences, and electrifying entertainment—all under the city skyline and night lights. Since its debut in 2010, the WNMFest has attracted hundreds of thousands of visitors who come to explore a vibrant collision of flavours, sights, and sounds from across Asia. More than just a food fest, WNMFest is a celebration of community, music and cultural pride, spotlighting Asian artists and creative talent. From sizzling street eats to live performances and curated brand experiences, it’s where tradition meets trend—and every visit turns into a memory.  Whether you're coming for the bao, the beats, or the buzz—these are summer nights not to be missed.
