The NAAAP ERG Leadership Symposium brings together ERG /BRG Leaders and diversity champions from across the United States and Canada to discuss key issues involved with running successful ERGs at your own organization. Meet and interact with expert speakers on the topics of: on-boarding new leaders, driving member engagement, succession planning, leveraging company resources, and much more. The Symposium will also provide participants an opportunity to share best practices with one another in a dynamic breakout session. ERG Symposium registration includes Friday lunch and Friday evening exclusive NAAAP Reception. The ERG Leadership Symposium is the opening event towards the NAAAP Leadership Academy weekend welcoming Chapter representatives from across 28 cities in North America and China.
